SUMMARY:Peace Corps Information Session
CATEGORIES:International
DESCRIPTION:If you are looking to truly become a global citizen, gain knowledge about other cultures and countries, and get valuable work experience, the Peace Corps is a wonderful way to do just that. We currently have 26 different programs (which fall under Education, Engineering & Environment, Health & Water Sanitation, Business & I.T., Agriculture, or Community & Youth Development) in over 70 countries worldwide and we are looking for people who are adventurous, flexible, creative and professional!

Come join us at this information session to find out more about the application process and a former volunteer's experience. The presentation will include a brief video highlighting the work of volunteers worldwide and a slide show presentation by former volunteers. There will be time at the end for your questions.

Directions: From I-94 take the Dale Street exit. Go south on Dale for two blocks and turn left on Iglehart. The center is one block ahead, on the corner of Iglehart and Kent. Parking is free in the lot adjacent to the building.

Additionally, this library is on Metro Transit bus routes 65 and 21A.
